Locomotive Leatherworks

I started another blog for my leather work. I will still be posting to this blog but I'll be posting to that one a little more most likely. Thanks for reading my blog, hope you like the new one!

Christmas Gifts

I made Checkbook Covers and Card Wallets for my family for Christmas. They were a hit!
I made the patterns and did all the art myself (got a few pointers from my friend Jason). 100% Hand Made!

Comb Case's

My friend Jason asked me to make him a comb case so I figured I'd make myself one while I was at it, seeing that I like to comb my beard.
FAFO-Fuck Around & Find Out
I did all the art myself & made the lace.
Been a few months since I made something so this was a good way to get back in the game. 100% hand made

Basketweave Anyone?

Just finished tooling 2 belts with basketweave patterns. I made one for Jason at O'Rielly's, his initials are in on the back of the belt. The other one is for myself.
I'm already planning my next belt and a few other things.

A leather belt I tooled this weekend

I created the pattern, tooled it, antique stained it, finished the edges, and added the snaps for the buckle. I used a belt blank, aside from that I hand made this belt. It fits great too!

Organize Before They Rise Art Show

Tons of great art and artists in this show. Samuel O'Reilly's Tattoo Parlor put this show together. The art is all hung and the show is 3/7/09.
My piece is a 11"x14" tooled leather picture of Rod Blagojevch, the former IL Governor. Thanks for the pose Rod!

Roses

My piece for the Roses show at Clandestine Rabbit. The show was 2/28/09, check out more pictures at their web site.
